Could someone expain to me what this card is actually used for and what it stops etc? In detail pls.

It's not too complicated. It looks like it stops card effects that activate in the graveyard from happening. Effects like, say, mystic tomato or Artifact Beagalltach. Any effect that would take place in the graveyard can't be activated. Here's a list.

Oh I see... brain just stopped working, shadolls and hands and artifacts etc all activate in grave.
