[TCG][July 2014] D.D.R.H

Need someone from neutral perspective to tell me what cards could increase consistency and won't disrupt the deck.It's packed with powerfull plays but sometimes it gets bricked too much,3 Rulers because I wanna abuse Tempest.

where is Redox

Redox aint that good since he doesnt add anything, its a debate between him and Tidal and Tidal has more attack so I guess he seems like the best choice.
