Review Jarvan with new patch

Well he's boosted for top lane but that means he'll be better in jungling also. His combo E->Q and his ulti do more damage than the previous patch so that makes him easier to gank. Also, I don't know why but I can solo with Brand, Master Yi and win even though I went for Golem as the jungling item (I think that's the reason). Went 5/5/15 with him (teamates almost threw the game so died a lot).

I haven't played Jarvan in a while; however, I've seen ZionSpartan playing him Top many times and he's quite good I have to say. But, I doubt he's good in the jungle, his early game is still shaky and is overcome by the other dominant Junglers such as Elise, Lee Sin and Evelynn.

He can be coutered jung in the beginning since he doesn't have ability to kill one. All of champions you mentioned can kill him or scare him away but he can gank well.

I never play him on top.
