Ok my Obelisk will love this card

Monarchs are getting some really good stuff lately. It also sorta helps tribute summons since most of this support isn't restricted to Monarchs alone, but I still believe most people are too deep into Exceed summon at this point to really care... hell of a card, though.

I hope KONAMI is trying to repent for their sins.

kind of pointless being a quickplay card though since you probably wont be tribute summoning on your opponents turn
