Monsters:

Consider Photon Satellite. Thrasher + Satellite brings a rank 5 in one turn, like Pleiades or Volcasaurus. With any level 8 Photon or Galaxy, it turns into Dyson Sphere.

Caesar isn't all that great. Change it for Guardian of Order.

If you're playing Photon Charge and Photon Veil, try Daybreaker. Swap out your hand (which will possibly have one too many level 8s) for all Daybreakers and use Charge.

Spells

Photon Sanctuary must be at 3. Way too good.

You need Trade In. Dump Photon Eyes, brings back with Knight.

Mystical Space Typhoon? you need as many as your deck can hold without going over 40.

Traps

- Starlight Road (all)
- Bribe (you never want to give your opponent an extra card)
- Whatever the last one is.

You need Bottomless, Compulsory, Dimensional Prison and torrential. Trap Stun if you want to defend yourself against traps.
