So I'm one of those people who could turn very happy when buying a new champion, like literally i keep laughing for a whole minute or so. So, anyway, share your current owned champions, and your best troll champion of all time.

Only 3 because I'm saving IP for runes when i hit level 30.
Champ i trolled most with ?
Syvir because of her Splash attacks and Speed bonus after hitting a champ.

You can buy tier 3 runes at level 20

Not all of them tho , that 3 tier armor gliph needs lvl 28 if i'm correct.

The slots themselves are unlocked up to level 30 but you can buy all of the runes once you hit 20 and just plug them in as you unlock the slots.
