A Plant garden deck abuses the Black Garden tokens with Black Rose Dragon, i do not see that in this deck. You do not even run Black Garden, so this is not a plant garden deck. All i see is a random mess of plant support cards. Also the card choices are very poorly made.

you obviously missed that he had a heavy storm train thats what makes it a plant garden deck

Yes because it is a good idea to run heavy storm with a bunch of continuous Spell and Trap Cards >_>
