1st Deck: 3 MST main decked is bad in blackwings (you have Icarus Attack >_>), Breakthrough Skill is also bad, you need Dark Armed Dragon, Mind Control and Book of Moon. And 3 Shura for 2 targets... really? Where is Zephyros >_> and you do not run the level 5 Blackwing Synchro either, you should! Run Fiendish Chain. Needs Pot of Duality as well.
2nd Deck: I see so many dead hands in this, where is Foolish Burial, Charge of the Light Brigade, Solar Recharge, Phantom of Chaos >_> Also vayu turbo does not run that many blackwings.
