Half Unbreak vs Gogogo Golem effect

Half Unbreak and Gogogo Golem (in defense mode) have pretty much the same effect. Would these effects wear off simultaneously on the first blow or would it take two shots then the kill?

Two shots.  They would in a way stack, so that GoGoGo golem becomes almost like Shield Wing.

futher more, what xraish if technically correct, but let me go a little more indepth. supposing gogogo and  half break are the same and targeted gogogo with it)

The time where the effect is applied is indeep the same (note is not activated, since both are continius effect) bu they do not activate at the same time, so you would be able to choose wich one to apply first. and since thanks to that the monster wouls not be destroyed, theother effect would not be applied, hope this was easy to understand
