New Domino City Square (WOTNND)

The RP will be split into areas for organization sake. Each location has it's own thread and anytime you RP you will need to pick a location to post it in.
This is the New Domino City Square.

Mezumaru walked around the streets looking for a place to stop and rest for a while. He walked around the City Square for a while until stopping by the large fountain in the middle. The people here were so loud and annoying, they couldn't shut up. He was taller than most people in the city so he could easily see over their heads. He sat down on the rim of the fountain and closed his eyes. He felt the fountain shake slightly and jumped up to avoid falling in. Now next to the place he just sat was a card. He went over to it and picked it up. The card had an ominous purplish glow around it but he didn't really seem to care. The card read Number 50: Blackship of Corn. "A number!" he thought, "why did it choose me?"

"Hello, human" the card spoke.

Mezumaru was shocked that a card was communicating with him.

"You hate this world and its people correct?" Number 50 asked.

"Yes most people, there are some exceptions." Mezumaru responded.

"Would you like to take revenge on this world and eliminate all of these pests?"

"Yes, I would like to very much." "However can I save some people I like?"

*Number 50 chuckles* "Sure kid whatever you want, but I'll be doing most of the work."

"What do you mean.....?" "Ugh!" *Thud* Mezumaru falls to the ground.

A man runs over to him and tries to see if he's alright. He offers his hand to the boy, Mezumaru slaps his hand away. Mezuamru's eyes have turned from light blue to black. "Get away from me you scum." He said.

Number 50 had taken over.

Namine continues her search for toys. As she is walking, a perfect toy, another part of the Wind-up set that she had recently learned about, catches her eye. However, it seems to be in the possession of a very small boy. Namine, because she does not have memories to determine that steling is wrong, simply goes up to the boy and takes his Wind-up magician.

Boy: Uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! (crying) Mommy!!!!!!! This mean lady just took my Wind-up Magician!!!!!!!!!!!

Namine: Why is he so angry? All I did is take that which I believed I deserved.
Volcasaurus: Humans are so hard to understand.

The mother, having already called the police, runs towards her child in order to comfort him. As she is talking to him, she sees a bright glow from the b*tch who had stolen her kid's toy and sees that the toy is gone.

Mother: Are you an imbecile? It is not proper to simply steal a little kids toy.
Namine: Oh.. i'm very sorry... (quietly mumbles) I can't really get it back but I can pay you for it.

As Namine speaks, the police come and drag her off to the prison.

A walk in the city centre. That’s all they said. Then this thing, appears in my mind like a headache which doesn't disappear. It also gives me a tattoo. Not like I wanted one. But if it only added three to the tattoo I would have been happier.

Yohi was in the City Square thinking to himself. Well, himself and the number monster now burrowed into his mind. Which hadn't yet spoken. If it could. That is. Then all of a sudden, a quick and sharp jolt of pain struck his head.

“Hello, can you hear me? Is this thing on?” Yohi heard inside of himself. “What is happening?” Yohi questioned himself aloud. “I am testing the fact you can hear me now. Good, that wasn’t easy to sort out” Said the voice again. “Who are you.” Yohi muttered to himself. “I am the number you have on your arm, and in your deck” Yohi quickly pulled out his deck. “What do you mean from my de-” Sure enough. There was a number card in there. “How did…” Yohi said to himself. “Don’t worry too much. But essentially, I am powerful and now you are too. Hooray! Let’s not throw a party. No time. But basically there are many other cards out there now, like me, collected together could be catastrophic for you and everyone. Can you help me collect them, and destroy them?” The number said. “Do I have a choice in the matter?” Yohi asked the number in response. “Um, not really, I am stuck here until I am kidnapped, rather, bug napped, or you die! Both as painful as the other!” Yohi sighed. “You’re a bag of laughs aren’t you” He questioned the number. “Yeah, I am. That’s me in a beetle shell” The number responded. “So, collect all the numbers. Get rid of them, save the city, get you out of my head?” Yohi asked. “Yeah, pretty much. Do you want to “Get the girl” as it were?” The number responded. “We’ll see. Depends if the girl is against us or with us.” Yohi replied. “Fair point.” The Number finished.

Yohi sat down on bench after all of this. Quite relieved to take the pressure off his feet.

It's been 3 weeks since Atticus was sent to the future. All he has is the clothes on his back, his deck, and a ukelele. In that time, Atticus has been sleeping in the streets and finding out what he can about the world he's in. On morning, after sleeping in the streets, Atticus decides to go for a walk to clear his mind.

Another day, another wasted effort. Sometimes I think it's hopeless. I can't lose hope though. It's just so frustra.. (a huge gust of wind hits Atticus, and he hears a voice) Whaa? I swear I heard somebody..

Atticus: Anyone else hear that?
Illumiknight: Yes, Atticus, it is I, Illumiknight. Look down.
(Atticus looks down to see a card at his feet)
Illumiknight: Well, you going to pick me up anytime soon?
Atticus: Ah, yes, sorry. I'm just not used to talking cards, that's all.
Illumiknight: Worry not, human. I have much to tell you.
Atticus: Oh?
Illumiknight: If you do what is nessessary, I can send you back to your time. Do you accept?
Hm, so this is what a mental breakdown feels like. Maybe I can sell this card. I wonder how much it is wort...
Illumiknight: Human! I can hear your thoughts.
Atticus: Ah, yes, well, uhm.. It looks like we have alot to discuss.
Illumiknight: Indeed we do.
(In attempt to draw less attention, Atticus begins to walk and talk with Illumiknight)


Illumiknight's thoughts: And so it begins.

Namine steps out of the Realm of Darkness in order to find number 50.

Volcasaurus:I sense that number 50 has taken control of that large man with brown, shaggy hair.
Namine: The one wearing black clothing who looks like he may as well have been completely synthesized?
Volcasaurus: Yes, him.

Namine approaches the man, looks into his eyes, and sees nothing but pitch blackness. From this, she is sure he has been possessed by a number.

Namine: Hello sir, would you like to wager that pretty looking Number monster on a duel?

The number 50 was visible on his right hand. An evil aura was emanating from him and Number 50 was speaking through him. His black eyes looked down on the girl. "She has a number." Blackship told him. "But why hasn't he taken her over? I wonder..."

"Yes girl, we accept your challenge." "Also Volcasaurus, why haven't you taken her over?" "Even this human agrees, most are trash."

Volcasaurus: True as that may be, it seems that this little girl is not a human. She is a Nobody, a being from a different plane of existence.

Namine: Watch your tongue about me ship, I have enough power to simply end this world without the power of number. I need the numbers only to recover my memory, the only thing not in my grasp.

Namine collapses to the ground after losing.

Namine: I guess this is what I get for treating this as a game and playing with toys. I want revenge.

Volcasaurus: He decided to let you keep me. We will get him back.

Namine opens a corridor of darkness in the ground.

Namine: I will be back one day. I may have lost for now, but not for long. I will create a true deck, I will learn the ways of this YuGiOh. I have not yet been truly defeated.

"Heh, that was easy." Number 50 said, "Now to take the number..." "No." Mezumaru resisted. "What do you think you're doing scum?!" "I'm going against you." Mezumaru's eyes shifted back to blue and was himself again, but still had the number 50 on his hand. "Fine, we'll let her go but if you ever go against me again, you'll regret it. With that Number 50 threw Mezumaru against the fountain. "Ugh!"
"Go to the prison, I sense many numbers there, do not disappoint me!"

Mezumaru went of to the prison with number 50 calling the shots.

Seriously read the RP Etiquette thread. You can't make a literal god. It makes it less fun for the other players when you've basically written in being better than everyone. I was fine with the god-modding before, because it didn't affect others and it wasn't that bad. But you've gone so extreme that you've practically destroyed the rule against god-modding. This is the second time I've said something. I'm fine with the smaller stuff, but you literally just made yourself god. nope.avi

Naito entered the city square and observed the damage to it all around him.

"Seems someone got angry..." he muttered, looking at the pieces of uprooted gravel and damage to the fountain from something hitting it

"Human, I believe someone is following us..." Giga-Brilliant warned

"You're too paranoid..." Naito muttered, kneeling down to look closer at what destroyed the city square

Namine exits the Realm of Darkness at the very spot she had lost earlier. She had come hoping to find another number wielder. Of course, after Black Corn's rampage, the area had been left in tatters. There was only one person around, he seemed to be looking for the root of the problem. He had silver hair and a red shirt on. Namine figured that he must be a Number Wielder because only a psychopath or a numbers wielder would call himself too paranoid as had the kid.

Namine: Hello, are you trying to find out who did this? Also, do you know what numbers are?

as Obito walks by, trying to find anybody in the Domino city, he found the girl he had talked to before, and a guy with silver hair, they were speaking about numbers, so he thought that it would be a good idea to challengeboth of them.

"Obito: Hey you too, you both have numbers and i guess i will be taking both of yours!" as Obito said that, his Ninja spoken to him.

"Armored Ninja: You remember that girl? she's the one who told u to play her betting on 2 numbers after you obtain 3."

"Obito: Oh really? that's gonna be fun then."

"Obito: Hey, you! Did you get your 3 numbers yet?"

Namine glares at Obito.

Namine: I am in the middle of getting the third one. Before that thought.... (Namine smacks Obito across the face) That was for leaving me to the police.

Volcasaurus: (to Obito only) Hello Obito, I am Volcasaurus. I can sense darkness deep within you, I would like to be your ally. Namine is far too light for me, do not tell her but I plan on betraying her as soon as she becomes useless.

Namine: So, Silver-hair, lets wager our numbers so that I can crush Obito over there afterwards.

Obito after getting smacked becomes too angry, but it's one of the manners to not beat up a girl, but...Obito GOT NO MANNERS!! so once she gave him her back he punched her right in the middle of her back-stone so that she fell on the ground! Then Obito walked by as he laughed and went on with his journey!

A man in a suit walks down the street in the Square and walks into a large building.

Receptionist: "Ah! Mr. Himura! How is your day today?"

Himura: "Uneventful as always, Cassandra."

Receptionist: "Ah. I am sorry to hear that. By the way, the papers you asked for are on your desk along with the cards you wanted"

Himura: "Thank you."

He goes to the elevator and swipes a key-card causing the doors to open. He steps in and hits the button for the top floor. As the elevator rises the man fiddles with his ring. At the 10th floor the doors open and he steps out into the hallway. He walks to the end of it and opens a door that gives way into a large room that takes up most of the floor.

He walks over to his desk, picks up the cards that are there, and walks over to the window, looking out over the City Square.

Naito stood as Obito flattened the girl who had been trying to converse with him, snorting.

"Don't get involved, human" Giga-Brilliant growled "Not a wise idea."

"Of course..." Naito considered what he could do to Obito as he drummed his fingers on his leg before sighing and letting the man walk away. Doing so, he turned to the girl Obito had flattened and offered to help her up.

"I might wager my Number against you eventually..." he told her as he crouched down and offered her his hand "But for now, I'd prefer not to..."

"Good move boy" Giga-Brilliant commented, appearing in duel spirit form and nodding his head, making Naito sigh and mutter under his breath

Namine is shocked that a mere human thought he would get away with punching her. The fool. Namine got up, anger searing through he body.
Namine: People in this plane of existence are so weak. Even Goofy could punch harder than that guy. He is pretty fast though.
Volcasaurus: We will get him, first let's concentrate on getting another number.
Namine: OK, fine then.
Namine opened a portal into the realm of darkness and disappeared, leaving the grey haired man shocked.

He blinked as the girl disappeared. Things like that didn't shock him though. What shocked him was her face.

"That looked like..." Naito muttered to himself, cutting him off before he said anymore

"Your s-

"Shut up Giga-Brilliant!" Naito snapped as he stood, looking towards the sky. "I don't need your commentary..."

"If you say so... Human" Giga-Brilliant replied as he watched Naito, who clutched his chest where his heart was supposed to be, a visible look of pain on his face, for a few brief moments, before he regained his composture, and looked to Giga-Brilliant.

"Where now?"

"Back to the place you were when I found you. Numbers appear to be gathering there instead."

"I'm just too slow, aren't I" Naito remarked as he swerved on his foot and began to make his way back to the Satellite.

Himura was watching the whole chain of events from his office window.

"It looks like things are progressing quickly..."

He turned back to his deck and looked at the papers that were there.

"Those cards are becoming problematic... However, I will soon have a solution for them."

He sat down in his chair and leaned back.

*random thunder strike* "Hmmm, I will need a nice rooftop to stay on and take a nap. This damn trip took me too long." ~ says a mysterious young man, looking around 23 years old, wearing black. His name is Avenger and he is terribly bored. "I see a nice one over there. I will take a nap and then take a stroll around the city at night." ~ he says and makes a big jump onto a rooftop with awe inspiring view of the city landscape. "I hope no one bothers me up here for their sake!" ~ Avenger murmurs with one eye closed.

After running about, looking for an opponent, Linda has found a man lying on the rooftop.

Linda: (splashes water on his face) "You! Wake your lazy ass up and duel me now!"

*terrible intent to kill soars throughout the city* "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH." *Avenger is pissed off. Someones life will end.* "You... yes you. What the f*ck do you think you are doing? I hope you are ready to die, let's duel mortal."

Himura has looked back out the window after hearing the scream

"Odd..."

A New Day

Opponent: DUEL!
Echo: If you insist...

Many turns later...

Echo: My ace monster! Direct Attack!

Opponent's Life Points hit 0.

As the duel finished, Echo would find it quite sudden to see his opponent in a great state of fear.

Echo: What's wrong?
Opponent: Get the hell away from me!
Echo: Hmph. Okay then...
Opponent: Go away! Just go away!

In Echo's Mind

Number 12: You see what I just did to him?

Echo: So that was you, huh? I think you really did it this time. That guy's screaming as if he were surrounded by snakes. How do you do it by the way?

Number 12: Just call it an "interesting" power of mine.

Echo: Alright then. What to do now?

Number 12: Summon me, perhaps?

Echo: You've been asking to do the same thing for weeks. What've you been up to lately?

Number 12: Nothing. It just seems as though I have met some old friends of mine.

Echo: Other Numbers, huh? You think summoning you in a duel will reveal yourself to these other Numbers?

Number 12: Of course. These Numbers choose their allies and share minds with them, just like I am with you. Noticing another Number will trigger them for sure. Have you ever seen a zombie movie before?

Echo: Yes.

Number 12: Consider this the sound that will attract them all.

Echo: Alright. Let's get going.

Reality

Echo would activate his duel disk, setting his D-Gazer on. It was only a matter of time before Echo's Number would make its debut.

A Duel Proceeds...

Echo: I overlay my two monsters to call forth my ace, "Number 12: Crimson Shadow Armor Ninja!" Now, say goodbye to your Life Points! Direct Attack!

Opponent's Life Points hit 0. Echo wins.

Echo would deactivate his duel disk and place his D-Gazer in its pouch as he would await the presence of another Number. Impacts from that of a Number were quite large, so the probability of one noticing this were quite large.
