Ok the idea that the deck wasnt much revival and you cant make use of a normal monster of 7 Stars except by reviving it so i did what i can to make it much a revival deck.
Use prisma effect to send Red eyes black dragon to grave and revive it by many ways as swing of memories , birthright , Red metal dragon , decoy dragon, you can use also future fusion (or add foolish burial) or card destruction to send it to grave yard as well.
Im not a pro fixer but i did the most to try and keep your balance hope the fixes work for you.

Just 1 issue with your fixes flamesdevil (otherwise they're pretty good). REBD decks are only used over BEWD decks BECAUSE of Inferno Fire Blast. The idea is to abuse the card as much as possible by using multiple copies in a single turn. Revival is a good route to go, but rather than using Decoy Dragon, which any smart opponent will never attack and which you can't set if you want its effect, add 2x Inferno Fire Blast, then add a 3rd 1 in place of a copy of Masked Dragon, who you don't really need 3 of. Finally, Blizzard Dragon is far better than Sapphire Dragon (aka Luster Dragon #2), so remove any copies of Sapphire for Blizzard.
