Equip cards?

Can you just discard equip cards from the field to the grave for no reason? I'm sorta being a referee for a duel and this is important

the only way you can send continius speel, field speel continius traps eqip speels and monsters is with a card efffect (exept equip,, wich rare sent to hrave if theres no target anymore)

Are you sure you're qualified to "referee" a duel? If you don't have a card effect that sends something to the grave, then you can't just dump it there instead e_e

It's as you've said. You cannot simply put a card into the grave for no reason.

The only cards that are sent to the grave after activation are Normal Spells, Quick Play Spells, Ritual Spells, Normal Traps and Counter Traps.

Nothing else can be sent to the graveyard (from anywhere) unless it's by a card effect or game mechanic.
