spell speed of monsters

My friend and I are debating whether or not there are spell speed 3 monster effects. I know it may sound stupid, but the best way to learn is to ask, soo...

Also, isn't Jinzo's effect a Spell speed 1 continuous effect?

There isnt a spell speed 3 monster effect and Jinzo's effect is continuous but it doesn't have a spell speed.

but all card effects have a spell speed of 1-3....

All monster and spells that don't have continuous effects have a spell speed of 1 to 2

Some monsters though have the ability to surpass this with their effects, being able to have them act like spell speed 3s.

Such an effect is that of Gladiator Beast Heraklinos, who is able to negate the effects of counter trap cards such as Solemn Warning and Dark Bribe.

Jinzo's effect is continuous, and thus has no spell speed. It lasts as long as he's on the field, and cannot be negated by cards such as Effect Veiler or Number 16: Shock Master
