Any help to make it more consistent?

I suggest having easy to get level 2 tuners. Cards like Deep Sea Diva, Infernity Beetle, Junk Synchron + level1 Tuner and whatnot.

+ I really don't see you getting out 3 Red Novas so 2 should be enough for the side.

And REDMD seems to be a good option.
