3 level Eater? No. Two is fine

Same for the Syncrhon Explorer

Where are your Quilbolts, Debris Dragons, and Dopplewarriors ( Think that's what its called)

Junk Garnda and no Fluer or Stardust?

Pot of Avarice should be in there somewhere.

So what should I add and throw out and how many?

Just read over the suggestions again. I think you'll be able to figure out where to take stuff out and where to add

MST at 3 might be a bit too much. It could be a bit of a dead draw. Id rather run some dark bribes.

Some Starlight Roads and Stardust Dragons wouldn't hurt since you're running so many Spells and Traps.

I dont feel like Level Eater at 3 is always a bad thing but I think Unknown Synchron is a little much at 3.
