you cant use 3 cards in side deck
you have to put 15 card or you cant make side deck,in little words(15 cards or no side deck)
and i think you should use more i think you should use 1 of royal decree and use magic cylinder or waboku and how do you summon valkyrion the magnet warrior i know you use hip to fuseion but there is better rock monster can be useful like Golem Sentry is a very useful rock monster
and i think you can use refusion it's good

not so good cut the number of monsters 24 are to much i think you should use like 20 and side deck can have 3 cards it doesn't need 15 like shadow said couse to use side deck you must replace them with a card in deck but its good to added more cards to side deck

You need Mirror Force. And as Kira said you need to lower the number of monsters. Because if you get a hand of monster that are weak with no traps to protect em' you are gonna get a bunch of your LP taken. And why 2 avians and 2 burst their really weak all you need is one of em to do fusion.
And I do not recommend making a deck that has dark gaia no matter how strong it is. Since all tournamnets have Dark Gaia on their ban list.

Shadow that is the old rule book.. The new one is 0-15 cards.. for side deck...

You should be able to see it in 5'D Starter deck rule book coz they also change the terms like fusion deck to extra deck...
