1st of all u must make no. of monsters = Traps/Spells
then u should see what monsters u will use in this deck as i see its fusion deck
so use 6 or 7 Fusion monsters and use monsters in ur deck to summon these fusion onez
then u choose ur spells that help to summon them and protect them from traps and spells
and choose ur trap that protect u from ur opponets monsters
thats how i build all my decks i hope u got what i mean GL
