I want to place a Magic Jammer but I'm not sure about its effest.
When a "Spirit Message" is placed on the field, can I negate it with Magic Jammer?

doomthrust is correct here. the reason is because those spirit messages are never activated. Instead, they are placed onto the field by the effect of another card (Destiny Board). The only time you can negate Destiny Board is when it is 1st flipped over.
