iwould recomend a spell relclamation or even a recycle and Mystical space typhoon combo

I doubt the spell next to Toon World you mentioned, but whatevs.
That card is Vengeful Bog Spirit. Continuous spell. No monsters can attack the turn they're summoned. I thought that since Toons can't do that anyway, it'd only hurt the enemy.

The main thing you want to do with toons is smack dirctly with toon magician girl, because she CAN hit directly when she's summoned, and you don't want to prevent that.
