Swiss Pairings, DA Regionals: Round 2

First topic message reminder :

I will be handing out draws for matches that didn't complete. There will be scrutinizing during this round and any people that are no shows will forfeit points from the last round (IE I will go back and change it in favour of the winner).

The same will be true in the case of decklists. I would rather start the round and remove people in R3 than wait any longer to pair it.
