How is a deck with only 2 tuners, one thats a hand trap, a synchro deck?

You need a debris dragon or two in there.

Besides -2 Tengu for +2 Debris, the deck looks pretty solid. You could try to fit in a 2nd Enemy Controller since it's pretty good with Valley.
