As for the side deck, im still working on that, since im thinking about what the format is gonna be like. So far i have:

3 Light-Imprisoning Mirror: LS wont be affected by the ban list, so i expect LS to still be around, so this is a must

2-3
Mirror of Oaths: Same case with GBs. So Rescue Cat, Cold Wave, Solemn.
and Summoner Monk are limted..and? many ways to work around that

Deck Devastation Virus: works well with the triple Sirocco, and i
expect people to be whoring around Anti meta even more now i.e: Gadgets

1 My Body As A Shield: A recent tech used a lot, i think it will be very useful still after the format change

And
others include 3rd Shura, 2nd Eruption, and if im missing an obvious
side deck option say so, its 3:50 AM right now, havent been able to
sleep well for days, so i decided to kill time working on this.

As for some tings in the main deck:

Threatening Roar: Even though the format will be somewhat slower, minus
the DSF and such, this stops GBs from getting their effects, and of
course LS Swarm fast so yea...

1 Call of the Haunted: Reborn out...Call in...duh?

I also want to find room for the 3rd Shura, i also feel i need both Blizzards. Trunade too, still really trying to figure out if ill still need that in the new format

Also in the case of Blackwing - Lone Silver Wind:
1 "Blackwing" Tuner Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

the Synchro Summing Requirements, but, when using Vayus effect in the
grave, the summoing is treated as a special summon. So...Ill assume I
can remove, Vayu and Armor Wing to Special Summon Silver Wind. Correct
me if im wrong

It's pretty solid deck imo for sept banlist..
however i'd try to remove 1 bora for 1 elphin
then 1 trap dustshoot for Deck Devastation Virus

I'm not sure of any other fixes i might make...
and yea you can summon silver wind with vayu and armor master since it's not actually a synchro summon

^ Agreed, but I would like to fit in Delta Crow anti-reverse just because it can obviously kill your opponent. I have one in mine. You can take a BoM or Threatening roar out. Honestly, I side my roars and only use them for otk decks. With your side deck, I would add one SIM just in case you run into those annoying mirror matchs and if you aren't playing noobs, than it is harder to stop LS with LIM since if my opponent is trying that and skill drain, I add cards like trap eater, twister, etc. to stop them. Overall, nicely built deck though. I would give it a 9/10 since the new ban list is coming out and you are already preparing, heh.

My only suggestion is to main the 2x DDV. Maybe bring it down to 1 Vayu if you're just looking for control. Other than that, RS's decks are always pretty solid.

id suggest adding 1-3 breakers to the side. its great against antimeta decks and decks running oppression, and if your opponent is using alot of unchainable traps itll kill him aswell. also, itll hurt any macro cosmos deck that doesnt open up with 1 of their 2 bottomlesses in their opening hand, since you can just pop the macro cosmos or dimensional fissure and without solemn around itll be hard for them to play around it.
