how i can make this " power sphear ball " or for EX like your 1st and 2nd pictures you made a power sphear on the left hand

also how cn i add this flame wind like your 3rd puctures you made it on lines ..

He does all that using effect C4D's.

Not really neji...it's either colored source of light and smudged
or effect C4d,waved then smudged and probably rippled too

i'm using a arabic photoshop so there is no C4d in to ... so if you guys just can told me where is can find this C4d effect .

or at lest don't give me a short name. give me the correct name of that effect so at lest i can find it if i know where is should to search

lol ther is no C4D in photo shop
www.planetrenders.net go there and register and in the search type C4D use that and set it on -lighten- and it should create and effect.

i have idea about it and i know many Artists of photoshop but i don't know how to use photoshop or any but i still can rate good.also i commented its good sigs nothing looks a spam to me..
