Can u give some reasons for your rating and suggest some changes

Theres 36/37 cards I think. XD Doom is right.

And shadow please stop rating every deck. This forum is for fixing decks NOT rating.

Monarchs are better with..

1/2 Mobius
3 Thestalos
2 Zaborg XD

Remove Tricky coz u need to discard 1 card to special summon it. Most probably your aim is to Discard Special Summon and Tribute for A Monarch but this combo cost 3 cards..

For combination of field/hand control

Instead of mystic tomato play Twin Headed Behemoth

For spells
you could play my body as a shield if you think solemn judgment cost is too big..

For traps if you don't want to play 3 solemns..

Why not play TrapDustshoot and mind crush for hand control together with CCV

For the monarchs I respect ur idea but DArk world has become common and also Zarborg Effect backfires if ur opponent doesnot have a monster on his side of the field

Well that's why you have 3 thestalos? so when your opponent has no monsters you burn his hand??

so 2 zaborgs are enuf??

You should have 2 Granmarg 2 Mobius 1 Thestalos 2 Zaborg and you need a jinzo.

not really. since Granmarg is the worst monatrch ever. As your opponent can easily chain with the face down card u are trying to destroy then granmarg loses its target.

basic monarch setup is:

3x Mobius
2x Zaborg
2x Thestalos

or


2x Mobius
2x Zaborg
3x Thestalos

also 3x soul exchange

but never use Granmarg its the worst monarch for a reason and a big waste of space

Ok it is really cool deck.
I got a deck like that and it contains Swords of revealing light, Jinzo and Upstart goblin x2
I don't know if these cards ok for you
