Crystal Beast and Amazonsess Trainee

When Amazoness Trainee attacks and destroys a Crystal Beast Which Eff overrules the other I think Its Trainess Eff because It doesn't give the Crystal beast a chance to get sent to the grave
But which one is correct?

The CB's would not be given a chance to go to S/T zone.

the crystal beast are given the option to be put on the field instead of the grave yard, since trainee effet send them to deck instead of grave they effect do not apply and cant be placed on field

Another example would be, if you activate "Bottomless Traphole" on a just summoned "CB Saphire Pegasus", you can of course search for an CB to place in the Spell and Trap card Zone but after this your Pegasus gets removed and you cant place him in the S/T Card Zone.
