Black Lucario Deck Out

Alright Guys, this is going to be the first of a few Custom decks that I put up.

I made this deck on a request of a teammate of mine. He had been running somewhat of a Stall/Deck-out deck previously and came to me with the issue of it not running fast enough. This is what I came up with.

hello i have some experience in making some stall/burn/mill decks so i have a few comments on this one first is that this deck will take a few turns to start the engine so u need some defensive cards like threatening roar or swift scarecrow. also morphing jar #2 is a good card for a mill deck it doesnt necessarily have to be 40 cards thou u dont wanna mill yourself
