Here are my fixes:

-1 Bora
-1 My body as a shield *could lead to dead draw*
-1 Call of the Haunted
-2 Royal Oppression
-1 Solemn Judgment
-1 Icarus Attack



+ 2 Armaggedon Knight *better than Dark Grepher imo as grepher needs targets in hand as well*
+2 Burial from a diffrent dimension
+1 Vayu
+1 Elphin *A target for vayu in grave to get armored wing*
It's either to remove 1 Book of moon so you have 40 cards or add 1 and remove whatever you like

Total no. of cards in deck now: 41

no don't increase vayus here, in a blackwing deck you should run 1 vayu and as a preferences you can run 2.

and -1 royal opression -1 icarus +2 trap stun for awesome play with blizzard.

In Vayu BW's you either need Dark Grepher, Armageddon Knight, or LS so that you can mill Siroccos and Vayus to the grave. You should also be running Necro Gardna in 2's. Try to make sure you don't run more than 40 cards as there is no reason for you to run more than 40 in this deck.
