Hello ladies and gentlement and welcome to the Black Market tournament. This tournament is designed to test your deck building skills, and how you cope with unfamiliar territory. Each round will consist of unique sets of rules which will set this tournament apart of all others.
Black Market
General Rules
1. These decks are banned: Exodia, FTK, Instant win, Burn, Mill, Stall, Lock down.
2. Both TCG and OCG cards allowed
3. Banned card are not allowed
Round 1 Rules
1. All the cards I have mentioned above cannot be used in round 1, they must be bought from the black market for the start of round 2.
2. Your free to use any deck you want as long as it does not contain the cards above. You can also change your deck after a duel.
3. The duels will be single game, and you are free to duel whoever you wise. The top 16 duelist with the most points will move into round 2.
