1. These decks are banned: Exodia, FTK, Instant win, Burn, Mill, Stall, Lock down.
2. Both TCG and OCG cards allowed
3. Banned card are not allowed

Round 1 Rules
1. All the cards I have mentioned above cannot be used in round 1, they must be bought from the black market for the start of round 2.
2. Your free to use any deck you want as long as it does not contain the cards above. You can also change your deck after a duel.
3. The duels will be single game, and you are free to duel whoever you wise. The top 16 duelist with the most points will move into round 2.

Last time I've competed in such a tournament was years ago. It's really enjoyable.

Are cards bought from the market as 1-of or as a playset?

The prices on the cards are a little off balance. If the cards are bought as 1-of then the limited cards need to be higher. If the cards are bought as a playset then all the cards at 3 might need to be at a higher price.

If you are allowing OCG then OCG meta needs to be taken into consideration for the Black Market. I suggest hitting Gishki for sure.

Making a deck that will do well with none of the listed cards is too easy imo. Hitting a few staple spell/traps might be nice in the spirit of the event.
