All items have the spell speed of 3 and they can be activated during any phase of any turn. Think of them as hand traps. If you have any questions ask it in the discussion thread.
Vampiric Items :
1. Vampiric Claw (Once per duel: Banish 1 card from your hand and one monster on your opponents side of the field. Inflict damage equal to the attack of your opponent's destroyed monster or Gain life points equal to the defense of that monster.)
2. Vampiric Boots (Once per duel: Banish 1 card from your deck, shuffle your deck and draw 1 card.)
3. Vampiric Bracelet (Once per duel: Each duelist draws 1 card, neither duelist takes damage for 2 turns, after the end phase.)
4. Vampiric Dagger (Once per duel: Pay 1000 lifepoints. Target one monster you control. When the targeted monster attacks a monster that monster is destroyed before the damage step, inflict damage equal to the defense of the destroyed monster.)
5. Vampiric Ring (Once per duel: Pay 900 life points special summon one level 4 or lower monster from your grave.)
6. Vampiric Glasses (Once per duel: Destroy one spell or trap on the field, remove from play all cards with the same name from both players decks.)
7. Vampiric Belt (Thrice per duel: Pay 500 life points to select one monster or spell zone on each side of the field, neither player can used these monster zones after this effect has been activated.)
Millennium Items :
Egyptian Millennium Items:
1. Millennium Puzzle (Once per duel: Tribute one monster on your side of the field and special summon 1 level 7 or lower monster from your deck)
2. Millennium Eye (Thrice per duel: pay 500 life points to view your opponents hand)
3. Millennium Rod (Once per duel: Pay 500 life points to take control of one monster on your opponents side of the field.)
4. Millennium Necklace (Once per duel: View the top 3 cards of your opponents deck and put them back in any order.)
5. Millennium Scale (Once per duel: If you have 1000 or less life points you are can to gain life points until you and your opponent have an equal amount of life points.)
6. Millennium Key (Once per duel: Your opponent must set all spells before he/she can activate them. This lasts for the rest of the duel.)
7. Millennium Ring (Once per duel: Target 2 monsters on the field and special summon one monster the same level as one of the selected monsters from the deck. That monster is destroyed at the end phase after this effect has been activated.)
Atlantean Seals of Orichalcos :

1. Seal of Revival (Once per duel: Special summon 1 monster from your RFG or Graveyard.)
2. Seal of Banishment (Once per duel: Banish 5 monsters from either graveyard.)
3. Seal of Return (Once per duel: Return 5 cards from your graveyard to your deck, shuffle and draw 2 cards.)
4. Seal of Knowledge (Once per duel: View the top three cards of your opponents deck. Add one of those cards to the bottom of their deck.)
5. Seal of Life (Once per duel: Add one monster from your graveyard to your hand.)
6. Seal of Destruction (Once per duel: Destroy 2 cards on the field.)
7. Seal of Speed (Once per duel: Draw 1 card. Your opponent skips his next draw phase.)
