For extra deck: Max out Shining, remove 1 Blade Ninja (2 is all you need), remove 1 dark fusion here, add Steelswarm Roach and Chimeratech Fortress Dragon (side 2 Cyber Dragons).

I could say more about Extra, but it sorta depends what you think you'll be playing against mostly. Optionally, you could include Catastor since you'll be running Veiler with a bunch of 4-star monsters. Chimeratech with 1-2 Cydras in your side is almost always a worthwhile choice. Make sure your side deck is including 3 copies of Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror for DW and Inzektor matches. You'll probably want Chain Disappearance also for Inzektor and Dino Rabbit matches.
