You've got some pretty good flow going on, there are a few things you could improve on though. I see you've used a c4d to make a shadow, next time make sure to keep it off of the render. Also, when you place you're text so far away from the render it negates some of you're flow. Keep doing what you're doing with the background.
Effects: 2/6
The effects are pretty decent, excellent for a beginner. The Bokeh on the right side looks a little low quality, so make sure to use good resources if you're going to put it into a sig. You could have definitely use some more c4d's and space stocks. It looks good but it doesn't sparkle or shine xD
Depth: 4/6
From what I've seen you haven't made much use of the blur tool or the sharpen tool for that matter. Make sure to blur the parts in the sig that are further away, and do not over blur. The reason my rating is so high for this is because of the bokeh effects.
Text: 2/6
As I said, it's too far away from the render, make it closer and change the font's size to something smaller. You don't want your text to take away from the focal.

Flow is pretty nice on her back,but I think there is too much space on the right side of her,so I would actually have done this in a smaller size,but overall nice effects.
