April Madness Tournament

First topic message reminder :

Introduction
Well,
this tournament should have been hosted in March, because the name
comes from the NCAA, but now it is April. This will be a 16-32 people
tournament depending on how many people sign up. It will be bracket
style and I will inform you soon about that after sign ups.

Rules
1. Don't sign up if you aren't going to duel
2. Read the rules of this thread.
3. Respect your opponent.
4. Cheating will NOT be tolerated
5. If you can't find your opponent, PM me 2 days prior to the deadline with proof and I will take action.
6. Don't spam this thread.
7. May the best duelist win.

I made the above post for convenience of JY and Participants. I will see if anything can be done abt these problems

1) Neji and Nova have different GMT
2) Unkown has net problem
3) TWK has net problem

the rules for this tournament just got f***ed. KCVDS has just now upgraded its ban list to the March '09 list! I think we're all probably going to have to create new decks now =/. Example, my deck was using 3x RotA so now that it is limited on KCVDS, the entire deck is pretty much shot.

I realy cant understand Seto...why they update KCVDS ban list
when 1.16 is still not relesed. It would be better to w8 until 1.16 is
out with all the new cards updates and ban list...Now as Neko said
most of the decks are $#&* !!!

Well, I thought this over and the only logical explanation is to make new decks since there is no other way to resolve this. I will give everyone 2 days to make their decks and than I will finish up round 2. By Tuesday, everyone should have their decks prepared. Round 1 will end on Wednesday and everyone who didn't finish will disqualified.

can i use my actual deck that i used in round one and two couse its not afected by the banlist?

Jaden said that everyone can make new decks (he didn't say you HAVE to make new deck) so it's obviously you still can use your old deck
