Help my poor poor toons

I've been trying to find a great, up to date toon deck for years. Then, several months ago, I found one on the dueling network forums . Then this year's March ban list came around and it was no longer legal . So I need you guys to help me fix up my deck so I can duel again. Here's the list:

There once was a man at my locals who ran a legendary Toon deck. I cannot recall its exact build, but it ran by locking off the opponent and swarming them with Toons. It went something like this:

could you please provide names for those cards (i can't read the names on some of them and I don't know all of these cards and is there supposed to be a chimeratech fortress dragon in the extra deck)? also if anyone reading this just wants to provide suggestions for editing my existing deck that's ok 2.

wheres scape goat? toons with out scape goat is like monarchs without caius ._.

I know but, as i said before, i didn't come up with this deck list, someone else did and I... should have replaced one of those terraforming cards with scapegoat (why didn't i think of that before). thanks for the help so far to all of you and lets hope i can get some more (not that you guys haven't been helpful i just need all the help i can get since i'm using a toon deck in this day and age).
Edit 1: My first match with my new deck just finished and it got stomped by a hieroglyphic deck or something like that.
Edit 2: ok ive done extensive testing with this deck as well as structural analysis and determined that "Rot Your Brains" is not a very good toon deck due to the high difficulty of dealing with monsters that have an ATK higher than 2000 as well as other problems. so if anyone has any more ideas, feel free to share (btw no hard feeling about the bad deck ok? you didn't make it so it's not your fault)
Edit 3: upon looking at certain cards i wonder if there was supposed to be an extra deck to accompany the rest of it (there are certainly the right cards to set it up) if so then, potus mat, could you please give me the list of cards that are supposed to go in the extra deck?

I dont know about srubbed raid though. For me, it would be more of a side deck, in which you could replace it with some lances, or some sort of tech such as that.

oh yeah just remembered a combo i used with toons use the toon defense with spirit reaper allthough now a new cards been released to change the toon defense to astral barrier but u can use toon table to search toon defense anyways u decide if u want to add it

all right then. Now remember everyone, new deck ideas/lists are just as helpful as editing the ones that are here.

Try 2-3 Deep Sea Diva and 1 Lost Blue Breaker. They are really good here. Tengu at 2 also .. its not that bad.

I was so terribly hurt when you insulted my deck so that I fixed it up.

By the way, Scrubbed Raid was there to combo with Decree (send Decree as a cost, Raid works) and Toon Dark Magician Girl (send Toon World to the Grave, Toon World cannot be destroyed, TDMG will not die by random MST).

Thank you for once again providing a deck for me to test, but once again, my ignorance of every single card is acting as an impediment. could someone please tell me what cards are in this deck list?
