Beginning next round, new rules for priority will be in effect. I will post a link to an article I will make that explains the new rules for priority as simply as possible.

Perhaps this could be a problem because we can not change the deck and some people will be affected considerably with the new rule. I suggest finish the tournament in the same way as started.

Yes, it is entirely possible during Swiss Rounds to duel the same person more than once. You will duel him again.

As I stated before, new priority rules ARE in effect. I know you don't like to hear that since you can't change your deck, but as long as people aren't changing their decks the new rules will have a minimal effect. The tournament will still be going on for awhile and I don't want to be a month after the rule change and still have people playing the old way. Please just be flexible with this.

It is not determined by rank. It is determined only by total number of matches won, and after that random number generated
