Nope to all, think of the set itself and not necessarily the cards in it

It is the first TCG set to follow the current color pattern for booster packs.

this is thinking of the set and not the cards i think ._.

Uh, it has somewhat to do with the OCG

It was the pack that held the first Level Monsters, Horus the Black Flame Dragon, and Armed Dragon

Secret rares where removed and the LVL monsters were introduced.

I'm thnking they're answering it through the DA Quiz popup Exiled, so they can't see the posts other than the popup posts for them... :/

Priority is the players 'right' to activate an effect. The turn player
always starts with priority, a player does not lose or gain priority.
Once the turn player uses his priority to activate an effect, the priority
is passed to his opponent and he can now activate an effect, and once he
does, priority is passed back to the turn player and it keeps going
back and forth like a game of ping pong. The turn player always retains
priority after a chain resolves. Priority doesn't give players the power
to immediately activate and resolve
effects, it just guarantees a
card's activation and guarantees you that your effect will be chain link
1. Priority does not guarantee the resolution of the effect. Example of
priority:

Player 1: Summons Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
Player 2: Has Bottomless trap hole set and sangan in face up attack position
Player
1:He is the turn player, and says he wishes to retain his priority to
activate the effect of BLS. The ignition effect of BLS activates
targeting sangan.
Player 2: Priority has now been passed to him and he activates Bottomless Trap Hole

The chain resolves backwards:

Chain link 2: BTH resolves and BLS is removed from play
Chain link 1: BLS resolves and sangan is removed from play

start of your turn, every action(drawing, setting, summoning, activating Spells and Traps, and ending phases)you have priority, examaple rescue rabbit can use his effect even if you use dark hole or asomething because the player has priority when summoned. Each Phase is immediately followed by passing priority to your opponent. Give your opponent about 10 seconds to respond to your actions, making it clear that you've changed the game state or done something that requires their attention. I always announce the end of the major phases to be nice and so there are no arguments about when they can activate something.It seems like a pain but this way your opponent can't say you didn't allow them to respond.

Turn player's right to be at Chain Link 1 of a Chain, last I checked anyway.

One Doesn't Simply, Call Priority

Rulebook Page 42 wrote:

TURN PLAYER’S PRIORITY The turn player always starts with Priority, or the choice to activate a card first, in each phase or step of their turn. As long as the turn player has Priority, the opponent cannot activate cards or effects, except for effects that activate automatically, like Trigger or Flip effects.

The turn player can either:
• Use Priority to play a card or activate an effect OR
• Pass Priority to the opponent so they can activate an effect.

A player must pass Priority to the opponent when moving on to the next phase or step. Strictly speaking, you would always declare that you’re passing Priority before the end of every phase and step, and ask your opponent if they wish to play a card. However, for ease of play, announcing the end of your phases or steps implies giving up Priority. Therefore, when announcing the end of a phase, your opponent can just say “Before the end of your phase, I activate this card” and use a card.

The turn player starts with priority to activate a card/effect first
After a card/effect's activation, or at the end of each phase/step priority is passed to the opponent.

Events-Response Window:
After a chain finished resolving, or after an action that doesn't start a chain happens: there is a small window called "Events-Response-Window" whereas starting by the turn-player both player may activate a spell-speed-2 or higher before turn-player retain his "General Priority" again. Specifically if this Window involves a monster being summoned to his own side, turn-player also retains priority to activate an ignition-effect of an effect monster he control, on his hand, or on his graveyard.

General Priority:
The right of turn-player to activate a spell-speed-1 or do an action that doesn't start a chain(i.e: summoning, changing battle position, etc) during the "empty-time".

Priority is a player's right to use a card effect and to ensure his position in a possible chain link. The current Turn's player has the upper hand and can, for example, use an effect of a summoned monster before a Link that destroys this monster is activated. Players have the right to Pass their priority, if they so wish and, in most cases, passing specific-for-cards Phases will result in the player losing his or her priority right, since he or she was too slow.
