2 Relinquished

My friends and I were pondering this the other day, we all know Relinquished effect of equipping another monster to it and my friend Joe was wondering what would happen if one Relinquished took control of another Relinquished that already had a monster equip to him? My guess is that the Relinquished would equip to the other one and the equip monster the other Relinquished originally had would be destroyed.

You are correct because when relinquished would be equipped the monster it had would lose its target

^Confirm the statement above if the relinquished you control took the relinquished of your opponent while it had a monster equipped on it, then that monster will lose it's target and be send to the graveyard.
