+1 Piper, they're better used at 3 for uber consistency.
Definitely use a Glow-up Bulb, for some synchro power.
I don't really know what you'd take out, but yeah they're better in a piper deck. Especially since yours is a level 1.
Definitely 3 tour guide (I don't see why you'd run 2, that makes one a dead-draw all the time no matter what)

Caius, D.D. crow, unknown synchron, and also battle fader would be good in your deck.
Only making suggestions, but if you're leaning more towards a level 1 deck, I would take out the following:

Copycat

Definitely replace the copycats with Faders and caius's.

2 tour guide, remember, djinn is a level 3 fiend... i can use leviar to take back my cyber valley (or relinquished if kinka-byo have removed it), for more draw power, or use his 3rd eff to add a ritual card to top of my deck

And ... copycat... he is awsome when combo with kinka-byo and limit reverse

ok serisoaly for a lv 1 deck where the heck is kuriboh and winged kuriboh? the have great stall power and make getting chaos sorc and BLS-EOTB alot easier and i really suggest

also i would like to know is the bLS you have there the ritual one or the envoy? cuase if its the ritual on take him out instead of manju
