New Skin

Hey everybody, Once again I spend not less than 5 hours customizing a skin for Duel Academy and once again it takes me not more than 5 minutes to make the topic and listen to your critisism.

So ya CnC, I'm open to your comments as long as they're constructive.
and btw check the new smilies

the other one seems better, but even so, the other ones seems old too lol but still better than this

Pro skin, I can't really compare the old one to this one since I kinda don't remember the old skin that good. but troll smileys are so pro.

let me rephrase that: the stuff is different but the colors are sorta the same (white, gray and black)

every academy has those imo.. but pro skin EJ and thnx for adding the pro smilies

1. TDA is closed

2. DA's older skin was used as a skin for Dueling Network's forum with an exception by changing green to blue (noone mentioned it)

3. Color Schemes aren't enough to call two skins alike or else all dark academies are the same

can't be wider because of the boarders and that's the same reasons we wouldn't add widgets.

We are not seeking perfection , for now anything better than the old skin will work for me .

the older skin is way better, every time i log in and see this forum , silliness comes to mind whereas with the other one i feel active and fun !

just for clarification, after the poll is done, the categories "don't like them both" and " prefer the other one" should be counted together coz they both don't agree with the new skin.
then if they win make a new poll lol , or who ever has more votes already wins !

1. Too futuristic. For a game menu its okay but for a place where people read and write, cmon!

2. Forum needs to be wider. Don't tell me its because of borders when all can be altered in a matter of seconds. Its like "width:800px -> width:900px" job. Then you use your background and move those borders to be wider to fit the new size.

3. The place where poster details like avatar ranks etc is shown is kinda lol. Its like someone played with colors. If background of that name bar would be the same color it would fit but like this its more chaotic and not good for eyes...

4. Invision. All invision styles are too futuristic and focus more on those space things than fitting small details to perfection.

5. What is with the banner? Obviously the result of only 5hr job for whole skin. Renders need to be HQ and fit into banner since now it looks like someone did a simple copy/paste job. I also dont get those little letters. If anything they could have a justify :D

I'll stop here cuz you already got my point: skin is not okay like this. either use simple skin which has all details done or use skin like this but fix them yourself one by one.

I also appreciate the work dont get me wrong. all my comments are constructive critics with arguments.
