also this is OP as Fuck, free Naturia Beast for combos like Fusion Summon Exterio. or Synchro combos etc etc

Eh I'm not seeing how it's OP. A Naturia Exterio deck is still going to be inconsistent and bad.

a Free Ruriraptor to Rank-Up it's cool, since Last Strix  prevents damage, so with this your tribute 1 RR, possible gaining it's Grave Eff, summon 1 Xyz then Rank-Up Magic or Just XYZ Change without Spells into the Seven Sins and battle.

You can also Summon any Synchro, like the Blackwing Tuner to Accel Synchro or do whatever you want.

There are infinite tricks you can do to use this card.

If this card is going to make RR more insane (idk anything about Raidraptor except that I fucking hate them), then I hate this card.

Blackwings are Winged Beast. Just check any Xyz, Synchro, Fusion monsters whose original type it's Beast, Winged-Best or Beast-Warrior. They are infinite basically, so you find nice tricks with them.

Question is..... why make this lmao

because all and every EN081 is a Spell or Trap that indirectly supports most archetypes of that set.

Just check all EN081 starting from Clash of Rebellions or Crossed Souls and you will see <.<

BTW Accel SYNCHRON is a machine, but Accel Synchro is the term used when 2 synchro monsters are used as materials to synchro another (like the infamous shooting star)
