Interesting to see them just go flat out vanilla, but understandable at the same time

Well wikia corrected it, in fact even if it is small you can see: effect.

So it's a Majespecter Like monster: Pendulum With no Effect, but still an Effect monster, so it seems they changed and did the reverse: An Effect Pendulum monster with no Pendulum Effect, instead of a Normal pendulum monster with Pendulum Eff.
