Stupid or Useful , the question is now !

Before discussing it we have to know its "Stats"

I won't post its artwork because that does not really matters.

All that matters, its card's impact on the game state and nothing more !

Type : Trap Property : Counter Trap

Cards Effect (It's text ) :

Negate the Normal Summon or Flip Summon of a monster and return the monster to its owner's hand.

Pros :

Stops "Quick-Effects" , as monster's summon is negated .
Your opponent can't chain cards like Forbidden Lance to it.
Baits out your opponents counter traps (If he has any).
Negates Flip Summons .

Cons:

Can only be used on Normal/Flip summons .
Returns to hand , enabling your opponent to re-use the target next turn .

Useful but worse than Compulsory Evacuation and people use Phoenix Wing Wind Blast or Raigeki Breaks.

It would be so broken if special summons to. <3
It's nice against decks that use normal summon effects, like Madolches, Ojama, and a few Phantom Beastcrafts.

Yeah CED is better , as you can use it all the time , same goes for Phoenix Wing Wind Blast .
Tho they can't stop quick effects , that's why i decide to run this (Saved my neck 10 times so far ! )

It really depends on the situation. Normal summons are surprisingly crucial in a duel so this card is useful in that sense. Also, spell speed 3.

I hope this card gonna see more play :/ . Its nice , cheap and does the job well !
Try it out , confuse your opponent , ruin his plan !.
@Xrai , Solemn Warning is "Better version of this card " . that shee was broken at 2 ._. .

They should have banned Warning made Judgment at 2

I'd say its useful since there are plenty of decks that rely on their normal summon such as firefists and bujins, though that card would be useless against certain special summon happy decks such as dragon rulers

not to mention spell speed 3 so it can't be negated by monster effects
