Ban doesn't make sense, there is no way they're not doing anything essential about Spellbooks and E Drags.

There's no reason to ban heavy. In fact, if trunade comes back, OTKs work even better since it is harder to negate. Also, the new rule is all over the internet. o.o

I've never believed a banlist before it's official release.

And I know EDrags are all kinds of broken, but I doubt Konami would make any kind of history with an archetype like that.

I won't throw the theory too far out the window though, Konami has a history of being unpredictable- to an extent.

It's most likely genuine, the list usually gets leaked around 12-13 at most.
