I used to play a lot a couple of years ago, but I stopped around the time The Lost Millennium came out. I recently got back into it with some of my friends and I'm looking to improve my game a bit.
About me? Well, I'm going to Brazil as an exchange student in about a month for my entire senior year, e eu nao falo portegues. Probably not the best idea, but hey, I'll learn. I'm also big into music - I sing and I play the piano. I'm in the top 5 in my class in school, but I also go running with my friends to keep myself in shape (it's pool season - of course I have to). So I suppose I'm well-balanced in that way. Between academics and Speech and Debate (we came in 64th at Nationals without trying) and music, I don't have time to run track or cross country. I made the team my Sophomore year but had to drop it because I had conflicts with the musical (I figured JV Track or lead in musical - which wins?)
I like Yugioh because it's a game that forces me to look to my limited resources and try to use them. I like how it involves a certain amount of skill and luck and planning. I don't plan on playing competitively - just for fun.
I hope to be able to improve my dueling! Also, I have a question - where is this thing I'm supposed to register for? I can't seem to find it on the forum or in the pinned topics.
