if i played super polymerization and my opponent has light and darkness dragon which effect is activated the dragon or super polymerization

Super Poly can't be chained to, so LADD can't negate it.

Confirm what EB said, LaDD has a trigger effect that cannot be chained to Super Polymerization because SP set's a condition that the opponent cannot chain to it.

Ladd effect is quick-effect.
trigger effect will never be able to be chained to spell-speed 2.
