Your exposure is a little strong imo.
And your lighting seems a bit off to me. You have it in the background when the light on his hat indicates it should be somewhere in front of him.

Ya , am not used to make artworks with plazma screen .. can't control where to look and control my shadows .. it will takes me time to use to it.
