This picture actually works for me .. I think black and white suits it well ... Although 4 light sources can be confusing, these blended well ( I think u tried to put them on the powerpoints).. my only comment is intensity.. the sides can get darker.. And if the arm in the air somewhat gets a glow, that would be perfect.

Oversharpened, MUCH D: also needs some depth, the stairs and back doors are of same sharpness and contrast and yeah many confusing lightsources...I do like the effects although you could work on the flow better, KIU
