Malevolent Mech - Goku En

If Malevolent Mech - Goku En is used with swap after i normal summon him with out having any zombies and in ep when he dies do i take the damage or my opp?

If Its effect resolves in gy and since it's sent to your graveyard, you take the damage, if on field then ya controller and not you.
Confirmation needed.

It says it activates when send so doesn't eff resolve before touching the grave?

i think ur opp take the damage i dueld a lot of ppl with decks like with a lot of nice combos

The controller takes the damage not the owner.
