help with CS5

okay, my goal is to achieve this:



I have already picked a background:



and saved the template:



the end picture should be 662 x 466

however i have 0 experience with photoshop so i was wondering if maybe i could get some help.

It would help if you'd explain it like this, step by step
like for example: go to C: > programs > xerocreative and etc.

It's pretty easy, you just need basic PS knowledge to do it (atleast the basic look), you open photoshop, new file with your wanted size, add your image and make its layer below the template's layer, then erase parts you don't want and resize the image *don't forget to recolor template if needed* and you're done.
