i dont think so, it says that monsters on the field cannot change battle position

I am not sure about this one.

I mean flip summon is a summon not changing position.

Changing face-up att to face-up dff and vies versa is changing battle position.

No you can't, Flipping a monster to face-up attack position is considered as changing battle position.
